The number of cameras for a housing society depends on the number of towers, entry/exit gates, parking areas, and common areas. As a guideline: a single-tower society with one main gate typically requires 8–16 cameras. A multi-tower complex with underground parking and multiple gates may need 24–48 cameras. Yes. We offer Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) for both systems we install and existing security systems installed by other vendors — subject to an initial inspection. Our AMC plans include scheduled preventive maintenance visits (twice yearly), priority emergency support with a 4-hour response SLA, consumable part replacements, and compliance documentation for fire alarm systems. Plans start from ₹6,000/year.
We are authorised dealers and certified installers for Hikvision, Dahua, Bosch, Honeywell, ZKTeco, and Napco. All products come with official manufacturer warranties. We do not install counterfeit or grey-market equipment. This ensures you receive proper warranty coverage, firmware updates, and technical support directly from the manufacturer as well as through us.
Installation time depends on the project size. A standard home CCTV system (4–8 cameras) is typically installed in 1 working day. An office access control system with biometrics takes 1–2 days. A full society CCTV installation (16–32 cameras) takes 2–4 days. Addressable fire alarm systems for commercial buildings take 3–7 days depending on the number of floors and detectors. We provide a clear timeline before starting work.
Yes. All CCTV systems we install come with remote mobile viewing capability via free apps such as Hik-Connect (for Hikvision systems) or DMSS (for Dahua systems). You can view live footage, receive motion alerts, and review recordings from anywhere in the world using your iOS or Android device. We configure and test the remote access during installation and provide a full app walkthrough to the client.
