01Who we are

This website is run by Lalit Enterprises (brand: ELÈTTRON), Mumbai, Maharashtra, GSTIN 27FYUPS4226R1Z4. We supply, install and maintain electronic security systems. Contact: support@lalitenterprises.com, +91 90764 26977.

02What we collect

• Enquiry forms (site survey, quotation, product enquiry): your name, mobile number, email, property location and type, the system you need, budget and any message you write.
• Lock Chat and support page: your mobile number to sign in, the records we keep of the systems we installed for you (type, model, serial number, warranty and AMC dates, service history), your chat questions and visit bookings.
• Installation agreements: your name, company, mobile, email, site address, job details, the name you type to sign, and the date, time and browser used to sign.
• Security data: to stop password guessing we keep a one-way coded (hashed) form of your IP address for a short time. We do not store your IP address itself.

03How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry, visit your site, prepare quotations and carry out the work you ask for.
• To provide support, warranty and AMC service, and to send reminders about your systems.
• To keep a record of agreements, invoices and service as required for our business and by law.
• We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

04Who else handles it

We use a few service providers to run this website. They process data only to provide their service:

• Hostinger: hosts this website, our database and our email.
• EmailJS: delivers enquiry form submissions to our email inbox.
• Google reCAPTCHA: checks that forms are filled by a person, not a bot.
• Google Fonts: serves the fonts used on this website.
• WhatsApp (Meta): only if you choose to message us on WhatsApp.

We may also share data where the law requires it.

05Cookies

We use only the cookies needed for the site to work, such as keeping you signed in to Lock Chat or the agreement page for a short time. We do not use advertising cookies.

06How long we keep it

• Enquiries: as long as needed to respond and follow up, and then deleted when no longer needed.
• Client, system, service and agreement records: for as long as we provide service to you, plus the period the law requires us to keep business records.

07Your rights

Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can ask us to show the personal data we hold about you, correct it, or erase it when it is no longer needed, and you can withdraw consent you gave. Write to support@lalitenterprises.com. We will reply as soon as we can.

08Security

Our admin console is password-protected, logins are rate-limited, and the website runs over HTTPS. No system is perfectly secure, so please also keep your own passwords safe.
